"LAZ19" is the second "vintage" of Vermouth di Torino Superiore from Elena Spirits. As a Vermouth di Torino Superiore, the appellation regulations stipulate the use of at least 50% Piedmontese wines in the base wine and flavoring with herbs grown or harvested in the region. Given their experience and reputation for production of some of the most renowned wines from the region, it was only natural for Elena and Luca to utilize their skills and resources to continue their production at the highest possible quality. Following suit after their inaugural release, LAZ19 is made from Barolo from the Lazzarito cru vineyard and Arneis, the sum of the parts ensuring an exceptional whole.
