Fresh and light, aromas reminiscent of white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, salted lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, the attack is lively and reveals notes of golden fruit and salted hazelnuts.
Due Terre uses the less common biotype called Catarratto Bianco Lucido which is known for making higher quality, elegant wines that are more complex, full of juicy acidity and pleasant minerality.
