Bone-dry and wonderfully aromatic, it offers a delicate mousse and compelling notes of grapefruit and green apple with hints of smoke, toast, and savory spice dancing over a stony mineral core. Incredibly refined and complex yet lively and refreshing, this is an exquisite taste of Jura winemaking at its best.

This ‘Blanc de Noirs’ is 100% pinot noir from the region’s famed limestone soils (similar to those of Burgundy). It is aged in used barrels with zero dosage and no added sulfur.  Biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan.
