From the oldest estate vines up to 80 years old, comes "Cuvée Tardive". In this instance meaning that it needs more aging time and has even greater longevity than the regular Fleurie cuvée. Dark black/red color, with aromas of ripe cassis and black cherry with bitter mocha, violet, licorice, earth and smoke. The palate is deep and velvety with black cherry, blackberry and strawberry liqueur, licorice and spice, backed by firm acidity and gritty mineral flavors.
