The wine is medium bodied, initially fruit forward on the nose with notes of black cherry, blackberry preserves, and black peppercorn. The palate is fleshy but structured by limestone minerality and vibrant acidity. Approachable and easy-drinking,
All grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately by parcel. French barriques are used for 8 months, all without battonage. The wine is then blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with very little SO2 addition.
