Aromas of cinamon, baking spices and buttered toast, with hints of dried apricots, dried rose petals, chammomile tea and golden raisins. Medium bodied and creamy, salted caramel, hints of butterscotch and shortbread cookies. Overall very delicate and nuanced.
A Coffey column distilled Single Grain Irish Whiskey, double-cask matured in Ex-Bourbon and finished in Ex-Tinta Negra Madeira casks, bottled at 50% ABV – Non chill-filtered. No additives.
