100% old-vine Kisi cultivated in the northeast of Georgia in the village of Kvareli in the region of Kakheti. 6-months on the skins in Qvevri, the wine spontaneously ferments to dryness and is racked to a cooler set of Qvevri for 6 additional months of rest. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
