Generous, spicy and more dark fruity than expected. Lots of density and slightly rustic tannins.
This is a blend of Tissot's Trousseau from six separate Arbois terroirs, all owned by Stephane and farmed biodynamically. The fruit is destemmed by hand and aged for a year in small barrels after four weeks of maceration. Only a tiny bit of sulphur is added.
