Dry with rich citrus fruit and light red berries. Made up of 70% Pinot Gris grown at 1000ft elevation in the Chehalem Mountains, allowing sugar ripeness and physiological ripeness to move in tandem resulting in structural balance, softer tannins, and complex flavor development. The remaining 30% is a field blend of various Burgundian clones of Chardonnay grown in the Eola-Amity Hills that stack on elegance and freshness to the wine’s already stunning Pinot Gris base.
