Only 75 cases produced. The 2022 One Egg Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in a 700 liter concrete egg tank for 24 months before bottling. The nose expresses very subtle aromas of cut grass with tropic hints of guava and passionfruit. The palate is rich and textured with notes of zingy jalapeño and zesty citrus.
